The “Udyanotsav” of Rashtrapati Bhavan -2012, the Mughal Gardens will be open for the general public from the 10th of this month. The Gardens which include Musical Garden, the spiritual Garden, Herbal Garden and the Bio-diversity Parks will remain open till the 15th of next month.

According to the Rashtrapati Bhavan Comminique, these Gardens will be open on all days except Monday, between 10 A.M to 5 P.M. Entry into the Gardens will be permitted upto 4 P.M.

This year, the main attractions of the “Udyanotsav” will be floral carpets on the lawns which has been introduced for the first time to the garden lovers.

A new Bonsai Garden has also been established to enrich the variety of collections and styles with about 200 Bonsai Plants.
