In Egypt, the official media Ahram reportad that the country’s ousted President Hosni Mubarak has signed a waiver by which he relinquished all his assets and properties in the country. Mubarak is under detention at the Salam Hospital in Sharm El-Sheikh pending corruption and criminal investigations against him. Mubarak is facing charges including the killing of demonstrators during the first days of the revolution. Earlier, Mubarak's wife, Suzanne was guaranteed release without bail after signing a similar waiver.
