The Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak and the Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu held talks in Sharm el-Sheikh today. The talks were focused on starting indirect negotiations between Israel and the Palestinians expected on Wednesday. <br/><br/>Egypt supports the Palestinian demand for a complete settlement freeze in occupied Palestinian territories and east Jerusalem before direct talks can resume while Israel has offered a limited halt to the construction in West Bank.<br/>
