The Union Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises will be launching a national toll-free call centre to facilitate grievance redressal of the sector as well as to disseminate information of the ministry’s various activities. Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh will inaugurate the new facility at New Delhi on Saturday. Announcing this in his inaugural address at the one-day 2nd Vidarbha MSME meet at Nagpur today, Secretary of the Ministry Dinesh Rai said the call centre facility, which will be accessible at 1800 180 6763, would help the MSME segment in accessing information from any part of the country.
