Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis gives nod to Anti Corruption Bureau to institute open inquiries against top NCP leaders Ajit Pawar, Chhagan Bhujbal and Sunil Tatkare. The state Anti-Corruption Bureau had proposed an open inquiry against Ajit Pawar and state NCP president Sunil Tatkare in the irrigation scam, and former PWD Minister Chhagan Bhujbal in the Maharashtra Sadan scam. The home department had already cleared the cases for inquiry, but final nod had been awaited from the government.
