Mahendra Singh Dhoni surprised the cricket world today with his sudden announcement of immediate retirement from Test cricket. The announcement was made through a BCCI press release. Virat Kohli will be the captain of the Indian Team for the Fourth and Final Test to be played in Sydney from the 6th of January. Dhoni's announcement came after the third Test between India and Australia ended in a draw in Melbourne today. Following the draw, Australia maintained their unassailable 2-0 lead in the four-match series and also regained the Border-Gavaskar Trophy.
