The Ministry of Rural Development has released grant in aid worth Rs. 129,13,00,000 crore and thirteen lakh rupees for construction of rural roads in Maharashtra under Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana (PMGSY). This is the part payment of Ist installment of Phase VIII. An official release says, the sum is from the special window created in National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development, NABARD.
