In Karnataka, the State owned Mysore Paints and Varnish Limited (MPVL) started supplying the Indelible ink to the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) from today. <br/><br/>Addressing the media persons, MPVL Chairman H A Venkatesh said the first consignment of 30,000 bottles of Indelible ink of 5 ml each has been dispatched to the RBI Note Mudra unit in the Mysuru city. <br/><br/>Even though various banks have already placed orders, as per the direction of the RBI, the company could not supply directly and it should be routed through RBI only. He said that uptil now 2,96,500 bottles of 5 ml of orders have been received by the company. <br/><br/>The company has started the production from this morning following the RBI orders issued yesterday.
