Manipur Peoples Party (MPP) has announced that the first list of 12 candidates for the forthcoming Assembly election. MPP President, Dr. Nimaichand Luwang, former Union Minister of State, Chaoba Singh, former Deputy Chief Minister, Dr. L.Chandramani Singh and sitting MLA, O.Joy Singh are included in the first list.
