The Madhya Pradesh government has decided to waive recovery of revenue for the year 2011 from all those farmers whose rabi crops have suffered more than 25 percent damage due to frost and severe cold wave. All the districts collectors have been directed to ensure immediate action in this connection under the rules of Madhya Pradesh Land Revenue Code.
