Ratlam SP Gaurav Tiwari informed that the youth of these communities are getting free training and employment in private companies. Efforts are also being made to provide them opportunities in police recruitment.<br />''   <br />''These efforts have started showing positive results and so far around 100 youth of Banchhda and Kanjar community have got jobs in various companies in the first phase.
