The Madhya Pradesh assembly has passed the terrorist disruption activities and organized crime control bill 2010, on Thursday evening. The bill was tabled in the assembly on 18th March and was passed after voting. <br/><br/>On the lines of MCOCA, the bill proposes stringent laws to deal with terrorist activities. It has provisions for setting up of special courts for hearing of cases related with terrorist activities and death sentence or life imprisonment to guilty in case of death in terrorist activity. The bill will now be sent to Centre for the approval.<br/>
