The Madhya Pradesh legislative assembly today passed the state special court bill 2011 unanimously which provides for setting up of special court for the hearing of corruption cases related to government servants and public representatives. The special courts, set up under the new law, will complete corruption cases with in a year. This bill also provides for confiscation of property of corrupt public servents. A special feature of the bill is that it covers even the persons holding the chief minister post.
