<span style="color: #222222;">In Leh, amidst culturally rich events, MP Jamyang Tsering Namgyal inaugurated the second edition of Ladakh Winter Conclave 2021, last evening. Speaking on the occasion, Mr  Namgyal said beyond Buddhism Ladakh has unique Nomad, Aryan, Balti, Sheena and Purgi cultures which needs to be explored. He said the Winter Conclave is a tool to project the hidden treasures of Ladakh.  <br />'' <br />'' Leh Hill Council CEC Tashi Gyaltson underlined several opportunities available in Ladakh. However, he cautioned that in Ladakh's fragile ecology the sustainability has to be taken care.<br />'' <br />'' UT Tourism Secretary/ Commissioner Rigzin Samphel said that the Winter Conclave 2021 is planned with a theme of Adventure, Heritage & Culture, Post Covid19 revival of the tourism industry in Ladakh.
