The Madhya Pradesh High Court has given compulsory retirement to two civil judges and four additional district judges and removed three civil judges from judicial services. High Court Principal Registrar K D Khan said that the orders for removal from services and compulsory retirement have been served on the judges. Mr. Khan said that compulsory retirement was given under rule either on completing 20 years of service or attaining 50 years of age after assessing overall conduct during services. Two judges, Vijay Kumar Singh and MM Khan were removed from services after they were found guilty in departmental enquiry, while Nitin Kumhre did not complete the probation period successfully.
