MP govt to provide Rs. one lakh ex-gratia to kin of those who died of COVID-19 in 2nd wave

In Madhya Pradesh, the State Government will provide financial assistance of Rs. one lakh to the families of those who died due to COVID-19 during the second wave.<br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' State reported 4,952 new cases and 88 deaths while 9,746 patients recovered from infection on day.<br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' AIR correspondent reports, Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan said that Rs. one lakh ex-gratia will be given to the kin of those who died of COVID-19 in the second wave.<br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' Meanwhile, COVID positivity rate declined to 6.3 per cent.<br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The state ranks 16th in the country in terms of infection.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The active cases in the state stands at 72,725.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Both Indore and Bhopal have more than 11,000 active cases.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">More than 70 thousands tests are being conducted every day.</span><br />''  <br />
