The Madhya Pradesh government has recommended the dismissal of suspended Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer Tinu Joshi. It has sent a letter to this effect to the central Government. The state government had sent a similar proposal on Saturday to sack Tinu Joshi’s IAS husband Arvind Joshi. The IAS couple was suspended following a raid at their Bhopal residence by the income tax officials in 2010. The income tax officers had recovered more than three crore rupees in cash from their residence.
