<span style="color: #222222;">In Madhya Pradesh, the state government is preparing to create huge self-employment opportunities in the state through small and cottage industries.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"><br />'' AIR correspondent reports that the state government is also planning to take help of various schemes of the central government for this purpose.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"><br />'' Reviewing the works of Khadi and Village Industries and Skill Development Department, Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan said that they have to create more employment opportunities in the state. He asked the officers to work to make the state a leader in the field of small and cottage industries. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">During the meeting it was also discussed that proper training and market would be made available to promote traditional works like blacksmith, carpenter, artisan, goldsmith, potter. In addition, emphasis was laid on the development of major handloom groups Chanderi, Maheshwar, Sarangpur, Varasivani, Sonsar and Mandsaur. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The Chief Minister has also directed officials to make projects, according to the Central Government's schemes, for the development of leather projects in Morena, stone crafts in Jabalpur, wood crafts in Sehore, iron crafts in Dindori, furniture manufacturing in Mandla and Betul and for handloom weavers in Mandsaur.</span><br />'' &nbsp;
