The Madhya Pradesh government has ordered a magisterial inquiry into Mandsour boat tragedy. The Chief Executive Officer of Mandsour has been asked to conduct an inquiry and give report in ten days.Chief minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has announced an ex-gratia of one lac rupees each to the next of kin of the deceased. Thirteen people were drowned when a boat capsized in Chambal river in Mandsour yesterday.The Mishap had occurred near Chimangarh village. All the 13 bodies have been fished out of the river. Eighteen people were on board the ill-fated boat. Five people swam to safety.
