MP govt intensifies COVID surveillance in all districts adjoining Maharashtra

<span style="color: #222222;">In the wake of sudden surge in daily COVID cases in Madhya Pradesh and neighbouring state Maharashtra, the state government has intensified surveillance in all the districts adjoining Maharashtra.</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">AIR Correspondent reports, Indore and Bhopal are witnessing rise in COVID cases. Use of Masks in both the cities have been made mandatory and strict checking is being made by administrative authorities. District Collectors of adjoining state Maharashtra held a meeting of Crisis Management Group and strategy regarding necessary precautions in view of the prevailing circumstances at the district level has been chalked out. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">District Collector, Balaghat Deepak Arya informed that night curfew has been imposed from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. and prohibitory orders regarding assembly of five or more people at one place has also been issued. In rural areas of all the districts adjoining Maharashtra, all government teams including the Rural Development Department have initiated awareness campaigns on prevention of Corona and Roko-Toko abhiyaan.</span><br />
