Common man in Madhya Pradesh can now expect his grievances addressed by concerned Departments within a specified time. If the official concerned does not respond in time, a fine will be levied on him and it will be given to the applicant.The Madhya Pradesh Public Services Guarantee Act 2010 providing for the facility was formally launched in Bhopal on Saturday by Chief Minster Shivraj Singh Chouhan. Initially 26 services of nine State Government Departments have been covered. Addressing the function Chouhan said that other services will also be covered soon under the Act. He said that his government will also specify time frame for disposal of files.
