In Madhya Pradesh, the Additional District Judge (ADJ) of Nasrullaganj in Sehore district has acquitted Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan, Member of Parliament Sushma Swaraj, the then district collector of Sehore Sandeep Yadav and a local BJP leader in a case related to alleged insult of tricolor. Earlier on the 17th November 2011, a local court of Nasrullaganj had held all the four guilty of insulting national flag. All the four persons had filed an appeal in the ADJ court immediately and got adjournment on the verdict. Filing a petition in the court, a local person had alleged that in a function a girl was holding the national flag upside down in the presence of all the four. The function was organized in Nasrullaganj on 31st March 2010 to celebrate the victory of Mrs. Sushma Swaraj from Vidisha parliamentary seat.
