In Madhya Pradesh, the winter session of the State Legislative Assembly begins today in the capital Bhopal.AIR correspondent reports that the twelve day session will have in all ten sittings.The state government will table its second supplementary budget for the current financial year and more than one dozen bills during the winter session. The session is likely to be stormy.The main opposition party Congress will bring its first ever no-confidence motion against the chief minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan’s government.Congress will leave no stone unturned to put the state government in the dock over the issues like alleged corruption in government circles, illegal mining, deaths of several tribals due to malaria in Sidhi district, bad conditions of roads, and shortage of seeds and fertilizers.On the other hand the ruling BJP will try to counter attack Congress by raising issues of alleged step motherly attitude of UPA government with Madhya Pradesh and rising prices.
