MP accumulate investments proposals

The Last and the second day of Global Investors Summit echoed appreciation for development of Madhya Pradesh in the last 11 years. Union Information and Broadcasting and Urban development Minister Venkaiyah Naidu said that achievement of continuous power, drinking water and good roads have made Madhya Pradesh special.<br/><br/>These infra development have simplified the development work in urban areas. The fifth edition of the Madhya Pradesh government's biennial Global Investors Meet received 2,630 Intention To Invest (ITI) with a cumulative value of 5,62,847 crore rupees.<br/><br/>From the number of investment proposals received, it is evident that the Investors Summit successfully promoted the state's 'Make in Madhya Pradesh' initiative under the stewardship of Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan. It is also important to note that this initiative complements the national 'Make in India' mission under the leadership of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi.<br/><br/>The event saw more than 5,000 delegates. Of them, 300 delegates came from across the globe, representing 42 countries. These included senior Ministry officials and Ambassadors from five foreign partner countries – the UAE, South Korea, Japan, the UK and Singapore.
