In Madhya Pradesh, 15 people were killed in an incident of fire in a fireworks factory in Badnagar about 40 km from Ujjain district headquarters this evening. Four people have been injured in the incident, who have been referred to Indore.

Ujjain collector B M Sharma told our Bhopal correspondent that a magisterial inquiry have been ordered into the incident. He said that an ex-gratia of one lakh 50 thousand rupees would be given to the relatives of each deceased. According topolice , the factory owner Yusuf Hussain has been detained.
