Haryana Deputy Chief Minister Dushyant Chautala said that an MoU has been signed with the Civil Aviation Authority of India for the operation of ATC control, radar and other technical equipment at Hisar Airport.<br />''&nbsp;<br />''Addressing a press conference at Hisar he said, in April, its team will take charge of operations at Maharaja Agrasen Airport in Hisar and all flight arrivals are scheduled to commence in April.<br />''&nbsp;<br />''He mentioned that boarding, arrival, and departure facilities at the airport will be operational soon. He said that the traffic will start under the Central Government's UDAN-5.2 scheme through primary airlines, with Viable Gap Funding support, for which MoU has been signed to start flights from Hisar to Delhi, Chandigarh and through UDAN-5.3 scheme to Delhi, Ahmedabad and Jaipur. He said that air services have been proposed for Manali, Shimla, Dharamshala, Dehradun and Chandigarh for two days a week. With this, citizens of neighboring states will also be able to get good air connectivity.<br />''&nbsp; &nbsp;<br />''He further mentioned that based on surveys, proposals for Agra and Ayodhya are also in consideration.<br />''&nbsp;<br />''Mr Chauthala said, the Heli-Hub project on a 30-acre site along the Gurugram-Dwarka Express National Highway will be initiated soon, providing services to religious places in Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, and Rajasthan. He said, services from Ambala Civil Airport are also expected to commence in July.<br />''&nbsp; &nbsp;<br />''<span style="color: #222222;">Deputy CM said, MoU has also been signed with warehousing and cargo companies, in which an aero-defence cluster will also be formed under 3800 acre Industrial Manufacturing Cluster, set up adjacent to the airport. He said that in future, a proposal will be sent to establish Hisar Airport as an international cargo centre for the entire Asian continent.</span><br />
