It will ensure smooth, cost-effective and environment-friendly supply of petroleum products to Nepal.&nbsp;<br />''<br />''Prime Minister Narendra Modi and his Nepalese counterpart K P Sharma Oli had launched the ground-breaking ceremony of the pipeline in April last year during Mr. Oli's visit to India.<br />''<br />''Meanwhile, testing of the pipeline has been completed.
