Himachal Pradesh received monsoon rains in most parts of the state today. Our correspondent reports that the State Meteorological department has issued a warning of heavy rainfall for low and mid-hills in the next 24 hours.<br />''<br />''The South-West monsoon has arrived in Himachal Pradesh as many parts of the State experienced first monsoon rains today. Heavy rain occurred in parts of  Kangra and Mandi districts. Palampur in Kangra district received the highest 110 mm rain during the last 24 hours. Meanwhile, the weather department has predicted heavy rainfall warning at isolated places of Shimla, Solan, sirmour mandi and Kangra districts during the next 24 hours.
