Most parts of Himachal Pradesh are experiencing biting cold. The tribal district Lahaul-Spiti's administrative centre Keylong continued to be the coldest place in the state at minus 11 degrees Celsius.<br />'' <br />''<span style="color: #222222;">Kalpa, Manali and Mandi shivered at sub zero temperature. Kalpa in Kinnaur district recorded a low of minus 1.2 degrees Celsius. The minimum temperature in Manali has also fallen to minus 0.4 degrees Celsius. In Kufri mercury dropped to 5.3 degree Celsius. Shimla has recorded a minimum temperature of 8.1 degrees.</span><br />
