Home Minister Rajnath Singh has said most of the terrorist activities in the country are sponsored by Pakistan. He was responding to supplementaries during the question hour in the Rajya Sabha today. To a particular question whether the government is ready for dialogue with Pakistan, he said Islamabad should stop state-sponsored terrorism. <br/><br/>The neighbour should take the first initiative in this regard. Home Minister sought cooperation of all political parties to ensure peace in the valley. Mr Singh said the government has taken several steps to provide employment opportunities to the youth in Kashmir. Giving details about the measures taken to create employment opportunities, he said 10 thousand additional youth have been engaged as Special Police Officers.<br/><br/> Around 4,500 youth have been appointed in the five new India Reserve Battalions. Around 1200 personnel have been recruited to Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs) and Assam Rifles. Home Minister also gave details about the killing of armed forces, terrorists and civilians after the surgical strike.
