The Human Resource Development Minister Kapil Sibal has emphasized on use of technology to take education to the deprived areas in the country and vowed that India will have the most educated people in the world by 2030.<br/>Speaking at function in the national capital, Mr. Sibal said the government is putting emphasis on use of Information Communication and Technology to increase access to education among people in rural and geographically disadvantageous places.<br/>He said that technology is going to play a major role in the 21st century in education sector and so the government has put in place an ICT mission. He asked the states, civil society, parents, NGOs and everybody on board to move forward in this regard. Minister also floated an idea of checking the problem of teachers' absenteeism by providing mobile phones to them.<br/> <br/>The mobile phones will indicate the exact place where the teacher is positioned at any given point of time.<br/>
