MoS Women and Child Development Debasree Chaudhuri attends Kisan Sammelan in South Andaman District

<span style="color: #222222;">Minister of State, Women and Child Development Debasree Chaudhuri has attended Kisan Sammelan at Chouldari in South Andaman District. In her address today, she clarified that new Farm Laws passed by the Central Government are completely in favour of farmers. The opposition is misleading them. Mandis are operating smoothly after these laws. She said, provision has been made to open up the market for selling of their farm products. The purpose is to attract youths back to farming. Government's vision is to double the farmers' income within stipulated time. </span><span style="color: #333333;"><br />'' </span><span style="color: #222222;"> </span><span style="color: #333333;"><br />'' </span><span style="color: #222222;">The event was organized by the State BJP unit, prior to this, a Kisan Sammelan was also organized in Hut Bay. Hundreds of locals including farmers took part in today's event.
