In a social media post, the MoS said, it is reassuring to hear about the positive impact of ITEC (Indian Technical and Economic Cooperation Programme) and ICCR scholarships. <br />''<br />''He also appreciated the Botswana Foreign Minister's ideas for elevating bilateral partnerships in agriculture, food processing, health and education.
