Union Minister of State for Minority Affairs, John Barla today inaugurated a double line bridge at Khumriyal in Kupwara district of Union Territory of Jammu & Kashmir.<br />''<br />''The Minister is on a two day visit to Kupwara district since yesterday.The bridge costing rupees 614.98 lakh connects famous Lobal Valley, comprising of 1.50 lakh population with the rest of the district. <br />''<span style="color: #222222;"><br />''The Minister also inaugurated ambulance services of a local NGO devoted to free service for poor cancer patients of the area.
