Union Minister of State for Minority Affairs, John Barla who is on a two-day visit to the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir today arrived in north Kashmir's Kupwara district.&nbsp;<br />''<br />''He said that the Union Government is committed&nbsp;for&nbsp;the development of Jammu and Kashmir and the prime minister is keen to know the problems of the people at ground level for its timely resolution.&nbsp;<br />''<br />''The Minister was addressing a joint meeting of District Development Council&nbsp; Members, Chairpersons of Block Development Council ,PRIs and&nbsp; the administration.<br />''<br />''<br />''The Minister said that he is happy to have a one to one discussion with the public representatives of the frontier district Kupwara.&nbsp;<br />''<br />''<span style="color: #222222;">He assured that the requests, issues and grievances have been taken note of and the same would be put up with Government at Union level as well as with Lieutenant Governor for the redressal.</span><br />
