Minister of State for External Affairs V. Muraleedharan will be on a five day official visit to Uganda and Rwanda from tomorrow. The Minister will also call on President of Uganda Yoweri Kaguta Museveni. During the visit, the Minister will inaugurate India-Rwanda Entreprenuership Development Centre, set up under Government of India's grant assistance and will pay a courtesy visit to Kigali Genocide Memorial.
