Minister of State for Information and Broadcasting Col. Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore has stressed on the need to strike balance between fundamental rights and duties.<br/><br/>He was talking to reporters in New Delhi today over the Jawaharlal Nehru University row. <br/><br/>Col Rathore said, on one side soldiers lay their lives for the nation while there are other groups trying to destroy the country.<br/><br/>On the charge of the Congress and the Left parties that in the name of action against the organisers of the event, the NDA government is curbing the freedom of students, the Minister said the amount of freedom that is in India cannot be found anywhere else.<br/><br/>He also condemned the incident.
