Minister of State for Information and Broadcasting Dr. L. Murugan has extended a warm welcome to the guests and delegates of the 53rd edition of International Film Festival of India, IFFI, which will commence in Goa on Sunday.<br />'' <br />'' In a message, the Minister said that IFFI continues to flourish in quality and quantity of content received every year and this year the festival witnessed a record number of entries in Indian and International sections, exemplifying the growing global popularity of the festival.<br />'' <br />''Dr. Murugan said IFFI has curated a compelling package of films across genres, themes, and social commentaries for the film lovers. He said, the Festival will also present an educational package of masterclasses and workshops. Dr. Murugan expressed confidence that this year IFFI will become a memorable experience for all its attendees.
