Union Minister of State for Information and Broadcasting Colonel Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore has asked Congress to clarify its stand on JNU row. <br/><br/>Speaking to media persons in Jaipur today, Mr Rathore said this issue should not be politicized. He said fair inquiry should be conducted and if any foreign hand is found than culprits should be punished.
