Minister of state for Home G Kishan Reddy has received the first dose of COVID-19 vaccine at Gandhi Hospital in Secunderabad this morning. The Second phase of Vaccination is underway in Telangana on the second consecutive day today for those who are above 60 years and those who are above 45 years with comorbidities.<br />''&nbsp;<br />''Speaking after receiving inoculation, Mr Reddy appealed to people that all the eligible people can register themselves for vaccination without having any doubts and hesitation. Stating that Prime Minister Narendra Modi and other leaders showed the way by taking the vaccine to make the country free from the pandemic, he asked people not to believe misinformation. Mr Reddy further said the Government will soon scale up the vaccination Centres to 20 thousand across the country.<br />''&nbsp;<br />''Meanwhile, Telangana Health authorities have administered the vaccine to over 4500 people at over 90 government and private health facilities.<br />''&nbsp;<br />''<span style="color: #222222;">According to the state government, no Adverse Event Following Immunisation cases were reported. The state has so far vaccinated nearly 4 lakh 50 thousand people.</span><br />
