<span style="color: #222222;">Minister of State for Power and New and Renewable Energy, R K Singh today said bidding systems should be transparent. In a special address at Assocham's Annual Session, the Minister said there is no scope for fixing in a transparent bid. He also said that the demand for coal is growing. Mr Singh said coal production has to be expanded. </span><br />
