The Minister of State for Human Resource Development Dr Mahendra Nath Pandey said that quality of education will be first priority of HRD ministry. <br/><br/>Mr. Pandey today reached his constituency chandauli first time after becoming union minister and received warm welcome from their supporters. <br/><br/>Reacting on Kashmir, he said government is taking every step to ensure normalcy in the valley.
