<span style="color: #222222;">Minister of State for Culture Meenakashi Lekhi on Tuesday flagged off Bharat Gaurav Train – North East Discovery: Beyond Guwahati from Delhi Safdarjung railway station. <br />''<br />''The train will cover Guwahati, Sivasagar, Jorhat and Kaziranga in Assam, Unakoti, Agartala and Udaipur in Tripura, Dimapur and Kohima in Nagaland and Shillong and Cherapunji in Meghalaya in 15 days tour. <br />''<br />''The launch of Bharat Gaurav Tourist Train is in line with the Union Government initiative Ek Bharat Shrestha Bharat and Dekho Apna Desh to promote domestic tourism. The fully air-conditioned train provides two types of accommodation AC -1 and AC -2.<br />''<br />''Speaking on the occasion, Ms Lekhi said, this train holds special significance as it is getting started on the eve of Chaitra Navratri and Gudi Padwa. She thanked Prime Minister Narendra Modi for his vision and initiatives to improve Railways.</span><br />
