Minister of State for Health and Family Welfare Dr.Bharati Pravin Pawar has that India is ready to face any challenge being posed by BF7, a new variant of the COVID-19 virus which spread rapidly in Japan, China and some other countries.&nbsp; She made this remark in the media meeting after having watched the Prime Minister's 96th edition of Mann Ki Baat along with the public in a private hotel at Puducherry.&nbsp; She said, PM has recently conducted a monitoring meeting and he keeps on vigil about developments.&nbsp; There were only four infections with the BF7 variant to date. He said, the massive vaccine drive will still continue in the country and there is a strong and extended health infrastructure across the country which would help to face any health emergency at any time.
