<span style="color: #222222;">Minister of State for Health and Family Welfare Ashwini Kumar Choubey has said that two to three crore premium Gold cards will be issued under the Central Government's flagship Ayushman Bharat scheme. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Talking to press persons in Rameswaram, Tamilnadu today, the minister said that Gold card holders will be able to avail free medical services in hospitals anywhere in the country.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Shri Choubey also revealed that nine new medical colleges are being started in Tamilnadu including one each in Rameswaram and Nagapattinam. He also said that permission has been accorded for setting up a 1000 bedded super specialty hospital in Mayiladuthurai. The minister said that one lakh doctors will finish training in these medical colleges by 2024.</span><br />
