Health and Family Welfare Ministry in collaboration with States and Union Territories is celebrating the 4th Anniversary of Ayushman Bharat Health and Wellness Centres under Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav from 16th April to 22nd April of this month.<br />''<br />''From 18 to 22nd of this month, block level Health Melas at more than one lakh Health and Wellness Centres in at least one block in each district of the State and Union Territories are being organized across the country. On the first day of Health Mela, more than 64 thousand ABHA Health IDs were created and 17 thousand Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana golden cards were issued. Thousands of screenings also being done for several diseases like hypertension, diabetes.<br />''<br />''Union Health Ministry said, record three lakh tele-consultations through e-Sanjeevani platform were done in a day at Ayushman Bharat Health and Wellness Centres on 16th of this month. This has been the highest number of tele-consultations ever done at centres on a single day surpassing its earlier record of 1.8 lakh teleconsultations per day.</span><br />
