More than thousand people recover from COVID19 in single day; Recovery rate improves to 27.5% in India

<span style="color: #222222;">A total of 42 thousand 836 fresh confirmed cases of COVID- 19 have been reported in the country so far. Out of them, 11,761 patients have recovered after treatment and were discharged from the hospitals while 1,389 patients have died.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Briefing media in New Delhi, Health Ministry official said that the recovery rate of patients from COVID-19 infection has gone up to 27.52 per cent. He also said that as many as 1,074 COVID-19 patients have recovered in the last 24 hours which is the highest number of recoveries recorded in one day,</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">He also informed that outcome ratio which indicates status of closed COVID19 cases among people who either recovered or passed away, has improved to 90:10 today which was 80:20 on 17th of April. </span>
