The Government has said that more than 20 thousand crore rupees was sanctioned as loan for stand up India schemes in the country. In a written reply to the Rajya Sabha, Union Minister of State for Finance Anurag Thakur said, over 91 thousand loans have been extended under the Stand up India schemes till 10th March of this year. He said, the scheme was launched by the government on 5th April, 2016. <br />
