Union Health Minister Dr Mansukh Mandaviya has said that Ayushman Bharat scheme has strengthened the Government's mission to ensure Health for All. Dr Mandaviya said that the cashless treatment facility provided under Ayushman Bharat-Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana, AB- PMJAY for poor and underserved families has substantially reduced their out-of-pocket expenditure and in turn prevented financial bankruptcy. The Health Minister stated this while interacting virtually with some beneficiaries from different parts of the country in New Delhi on the occasion of fourth anniversary of (AB-PMJAY).<br />''&nbsp;<br />''While elaborating on the various features of the scheme, he added that so far, more than 19 crore AB-PMJAY cards have been created and more than 3.8 crore &nbsp;beneficiaries have availed of free treatment under the scheme. Dr Mandaviya also urged the States to join in the National Mission of affordable healthcare and onboard Ayushman Bharat for citizen welfare.<br />''&nbsp;<br />''Highlighting the salient features of Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission (ABDM), he noted that Ayushman Bharat Health Account, ABHA Health ID will prove to be a game changer in the health sector. During the interaction, a few beneficiaries also narrated the ease of creating the health ID and the benefits of storing their health records on one platform.<br />''&nbsp;<br />''<span style="color: #222222;">Minister of State for Health &nbsp;Dr. Bharati Pravin Pawar said that AB PMJAY has been successful in providing quality health services to the beneficiaries.</span><br />
