<span style="color: #222222;">Through the concerted efforts of the government more than twenty five thousand COVID- 19 related Public Grievances were addressed within a span of 20 days.  The average disposal time for redressal of the grievances has been reported to be less than two days. Lauding the efforts of Civil Servants for achieving this feat Union Minister of State for Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions Dr. Jitendra Singh called for greater  inter-service camaraderie to aid country's fight against Corona pandemic.
